While out on patrol, Nightwing saw what appeared to be a suicide jumper, but he was followed by another who landed on her feet from 30 floors up. She was aided by a strange synthetic textile fabric. Dick was hired on by Bludhaven PD. Nightwing tracked down the lady with the fabric, who'd just killed her second millionaire.
